By clicking below I hereby release Pierre Winter Fishing Weekend, Oahe Hockey Association Inc., and all sponsors, their agencies and agent, from Covid-19 infection and subsequent health problems due to the virus, including death. I also release Pierre Winter Fishing Weekend, Oahe Hockey Association Inc., and all sponsors, their agencies and agent, from death, injury, damage, liability, theft, fire or any loss occurring during this event. I signify that I have read and understand the Tournament Rules, Participation Agreement and Release of Liability. I have discussed this with my team members and they have also agreed to this liability waiver.
